For those who’ve been following my Monday Comeback series on taking back your body when you’re over 40, a quick bit of news…I’m turning it into an ebook.
- One, as you know if you’ve read the past posts (every Monday except last week’s vacation week), these suckers are long, really long. And, I’ve actually shortened them up because, truth is, they’re meant to be more mini-chapters than blog posts. Moving them into an ebook format will allow me to flesh out more, without pushing up against the “humane” limitations of post-size.
- Two, I’d really love to get a full set of info to you guys before the end of 2 or 3 months, which is what it’ll take if I keep feeding the details out once a week. And,
- Three, spreading them out for so long makes it harder to put them together into a coherent, actionable plan.
And, no, I will not be charging anything for this ebook, so it’s not a money play…it’s an impact play.
It’s about giving you something more complete in a format that you’re more likely to use.
