		<description>Nice post.  Actually, i enjoyed reading this article. As a reader, i can easily relate because i often experience the same way too. The more you are trying to push yourself to the limit, the more you get stuck on it. I learned my lesson though. Just take it easy, do one step at a time and everything will be fine.</description>

I think it&#039;s a good idea too just to focus on the one thing that will give big results in 6 months. Too often in the past I have tried to attempt multiple things and I get disappointed with the results.</description>
